Sport Performance

This Sports performance session will be a mixture of strength training, speed and agility, injury prevention and stability work. These aspects of training involve lifting weights, footwork, mobility and teaching the athlete the importance of the "why" of resistance training and it's impact on athlete performance and safety.

Starting February 24th - March 24th

Tue/Thur 6am-7am

Price

Session 1: $240/month ($30/day) includes positional training and breakfast

Membership: $400/month($25/day) includes positional training, sport performance and breakfast each day. (ex. shooting and sport performance)

FREE BREAKFAST


We will be providing all the athletes with breakfast on the go.

Example: bagel and juice/coffee, muffin and juice/coffee, etc

S1 - Girls Sport Performance
